Orders
You will need to follow the purchase procedure on the online page. Once the order is placed, you will receive an email with your order details. This email is not an acceptance but a confirmation that we have received your order. When your order is being prepared, you will receive a second notification via your registered email and a third and final noticee to coordinate the pickup.
Product Availability
Online store and wire transfer sales are ONLY under a preorder system. Our online store and wire transfer sales are available ONLY by pre-order. No product is available for immediate purchase and delivery, as The Tiger Dot Com store must meet the minimum production quantities required by each manufacturer. Delivery times for each product may vary depending on the manufacturer. In the event of having a discontinued product, we will inform customers by email about the cancellation of their order and the subsequent refund.
Prices and payment methods
rices may vary without prior notice before placing an order. We can ship nationally & internationally (outside of Barranquilla). Shipping costs will be paid upon arrival at the customer’s shipping address. The shipping supplier can be agreed upon with the customer. For your convenience, customers can make bank wire transfers through BANCOLOMBIA and send their payment confirmation to our Community Service Coordinator.
Users may also buy our merchandise through the KCP Online Shop The Tiger Dot Com. We accept Credit Card payments (Visa, Master Card & American Express) and automatic debit cards (PSE) through Wompi.
Deliveries
At this time, KCP’s online store, The Tiger Dot Com, will not offer shipping or delivery services. Customers must pick up their merchandise at the KCP campus after being contacted by our Community Service Coordinator:

Returns and Refunds
The KCP The Tiger Dot Com does not accept cancelations or changes once the purchase is finalized.
Product returns and respective refunds only apply if the merchandise is defective at the time of delivery
